Interior inspection.
Looking at floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, windows, doors, appliances, basement & crawl space etc. Mechanical damage, water damage due to moisture.
Exterior inspection.
Looking at architectural styles, exterior cladding & structures. Surface water control and landscaping.
Structural inspection.
Looking at footings and foundation, floors, walls systems and roof framing.
Electrical inspection.
Looking at service drop and service entrance. The service box grounding and panels. The distribution system.
Plumbing inspection.
Looking at supply plumbing, water heaters. Drain, waste and vent plumbing. Fixtures & faucets.
Looking at a proper location that's not under the drip line of roof or airflow obstruction from trees, decks etc. Visual damage with a unit or excessive noise / vibration when running.
Air conditioning / heat pump inspection.
Heating inspection.
Looking at gas / oil furnaces & hot water boilers. Wall & floor furnaces. Chimney inspection.
Looking at steep / flat roofing + flashing. Patched roofing & ice damming due to poor ventilation ( soffit & ridge vent ) Proper chimney flashing and gutter size based on roof area.
